1- Please check the details of your order again and let us know if everything is OK.

2- If you ordered a ring, please double check your ring size and if something is wrong let us know faster. (better to check your ring size with a local jeweller)
If you order wrong size and we make the ring, then it would be an extra work and cost for changing size and in some cases we need to remake the ring.

3- If your order has stone personalization, please let us know the stone colors exactly as you want and write all stone colors as it should be. If order has multiple stone colors please mention all stone colors, not just one stone color.

4- All models are handmade and custom made and we need 1 to 3 weeks to make your order.

5- In description of all our items we asked for reading our shop policies. If you didn't please read shop policies.

6- If you ordered Brass / Bronze jewelry, please pay attention Brass and Bronze has copper inside and can affect on some skins and leave a green area on the skin. This is completely safe and not dangerous. If you are ok with that you can keep your order, otherwise you can cancel or change to better material like Silver or even better solid Gold.

7- Brass / Bronze can get dark after days depends of weather and moisture situation. If you order Brass or Bronze please be aware that the color can get dark.

8- Please keep Brass / Bronze jewelry away from moisture. Swimming, washing hand, taking shower with Brass / Bronze jewelry can leave a green area on skin or making the jewelry get dark faster.

9- Silver 925 can get dark after some time, not fast as Brass or Bronze. But moisture can affect on it. This is nature of Silver. But if you keep it in good condition it stays long time shinny.

10- Gold plating on jewelry is a thin layer of real gold. You need to take care of gold plated jewelry. Don't scratch it, don't knock it to sharp edges, dont wash it with chemical material. Washing dishes, taking shower, swimming can affect on gold plated jewelry and remove the gold plating. Please be careful!
If you want better option, move to solid Gold Option.

11- Of course the best material option is solid Gold. If you ordered solid Gold you don't need special care.

■ Please pay attention: If your jewelry (Brass/Bronze/Silver) turn dark, Leave a green area (Brass/Bronze) on your skin or Gold plating wash off (Silver) we don't accept any responsibility. You have all the time possibility to choose the best material solid Gold 10K, 14K or 18K.

If your jewelry turn dark or gold plating wash off, all local jewellers are able to polish or gold plate again your jewelry. Jewelry needs cleaning and take caring!
