SHIPPING POLICY
■ for making "Customized models" We normally need 1 - 3 weeks. In holidays and special days like Christmas and new year it can take longer. When model is ready, it will be delivered in 1 to 7 business days by FedEX Express, depends on distance and busy working days.
■ International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country. Please check import duties policy for your country as this may increase the price. In any case that your package is stuck in customs, We will not accept any extra costs of payment. Please check with you customs and border
■ "Ready to ship" items will be shipped in 1 business day and will be delivered in 1 to 7 business days by FedEX Express, depends on distance and busy working days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
■ We don't accept return or Exchanges for custom made models. The return policy only applies to models that are "ready to ship"
■ You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
■ Most of the models in our store are custom made. We make time for them and customized for customers. That's why we don't accept return or exchange.
But If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know about the problem. We try our best to fix it and keep you happy with your purchase.
■ Buyer has 14 days after receiving a purchased "ready to ship" model to return and take a refund. (Custom made models don't have a return and refund policy)
■ Buyers are responsible for return shipping, fees and custom duty costs.
■ If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
■ Buyer should send us the package with original condition without any problems and with tracking number, when we get the model back, We will do the refund, usually takes 3-4 working days the money go back to your account.
